Just Curious, Why Werent Floyd Fans This Vocal About May/Marquez Being A Mismatch?

I dont see how the Clottey Pac fight is a mismatch. Clottey is a completely different fighter than Cotto. But Mayweather is taking the bigger risk here and has almost a lose lose situation. If he wins, it WILL be because Mosley just couldnt catch up to Mayweather. I am a huge Mosley fan, but I fully expect Floyd to be moving the whole fight and making Shane chase after him. But IF Mosley pulls off the win, I know Im going to be really happy. Shane deserves the big fights.

My brother is married to an american so he lives over there in Pheonix scottsdale arizona now, I visit him there and was planning on doing so in March, Everytime i visit him i alway go to another american state just to say i have been here before, Funny enough Pac/Clottey was on the 13th so i called him to see if he was interested in going over to dallas like we did in 2007 (Margarito/Williams) He said yes and i brought the Pac/clottey tickets online for 45 pounds each (4 tickets). Cool beans. I lived in Tucson for 4 years, nice weather. Scottsdale is pretty nice too. High class place. Enjoy the fight.

Am a floyd fan and i never and would never shit on Pac/Clottey fight, I have even brought ticket for the fight and am flying out to Phoenix on the 6th of march.

In boxing, anything is possible. I give clottey a 30% chance of winning. But I'm merely pointing out the incredible hypocrisy of some Floyd fans. yea, i shouldn't say clottey has "no chance." i give him a <10% chance tho. personally, manny could've chosen lesser opponents than clottey, and floyd could've chosen a lesser opponent than shane. both guys have chosen good fighters, and i can't knock either guy. i feel shane has a slightly better chance at beating floyd, than clottey has at beating manny, but i give both a less than 15% chance. i think most ppl are just disgusted moreso in the fact floyd and manny aren't fighting each other, and you get mayweather fans discreditng pac, b/c the pactards act like clottey will be a better fight, and is a great substitution for passing up on the floyd fight.....let's all be honest and call it like it is tho..... clottey's a good fighter, with a really good chin, but he has no more of a chance to beat pac, than marquez had at beating floyd. ppl discredit floyd, b/c marquez was smaller, but they give manny props b/c clottey is naturally bigger, while forgetting the disparity in talent. it goes both ways, and as roach said, size won't win fights.
