I am saying it now. This dude is a beast! I know he has three losses but two were before his 18th birthday and the 3rd is when he was delivering a beat down to Leuvano and got DQ'd. All this talk about JuanMa and Gamboa people need not forget about Concepcion because he could be the wild card in this whole thing.

Concepcion would be undefeated if he was allowed to sucker punch all his opponents between rounds.:lol1:
Manny Pacquiao was one of the commentator in the bout of Morales and Montiel; as I can remmember he stated the same point that Conception needs to develop his timing.
manny also said that his feet and hands arent in sync. i agree. he doesnt use his feet enough to get into punching range.
its obvious manny wants bernabe to fight like him, but they have different mentalities as fighters. bernabe thinks hes jmm or something.
dude's got big power but he's not really good at setting up his shots. he relies too much on his opponent making mistakes.
he also is still kinda clueless in how to attack southpaws, which is a problem cuz he'll be fighting his 3rd southpaw in a row.
i also dont like how he's a short fighter who doesnt fight on the inside.
one of these days hes gonna have to figure out how to create his own opportunities instead of just waiting for his opponent.

20K Juanma over Concepcion. You in?
He has potential but the way he fought Santiago makes him look bad against Lopez. Lopez will do what Santiago did in the 12th round for the entire fight and has more pop. I don't think Concepcion will be able to survive all 12 rounds like that. Lopez will probably get him outta there in the 4th or 5th. Concepcion needs to increase his workrate, less rope naps, and learn to deal with the jab better.

He is the boy of Manny Pacquiao and he admitted that he is immitating the technique of Manny... and we know that oftentimes Bernabe trains with Manny together... Manny also gives him techniques... so time will come he might be the next biggest star in the Philippine boxing...
What also needs to be remembered that like Pacquiao he learned and is learning to box pretty much in the pro ranks. He is getting better everytime out and is only 22.

he needs to improve his punch output and quit laying on the ropes.
Oh okay. Whatever man, everyone has their own style. His punch output was good enough to dominate a class Santiago over 10 rounds. I like JuanMa and Gamboa as well(Gamboa more) but Concepcion is right there with them. I will tell you another guy who is right there as well and that is Gary Russell Jr.

So when's he gonna fight on regular or cable TV or at least a PPV that is universally available?
