I don't see how JuanMa really ducked anyone, Bob Arum said no to the Gamboa fight at the moment so its just going to have to wait. I hardly call a guy moving up in weight and stopping a defending champion who had never been stopped before a duck of anyone, that is what you do when you have trouble making weight you move up. Finally the whole point of the Santaigo/Concepcion fight was for a shot at JuanMa's WBO strap so there you have it, no duckage. that's the excuse hide behind arum thats the whole point.
