are just accusations and assumptions. no matter how much flomos and others twist it, it all leads to accusing or assuming and that's all there is to it, there's no proving it. for those who believe he's on it, keep assuming, coz that's all you're doing. but yeah im just saying, and here, suck on this :bottle:
So the comission is an excuse when every boxer in boxing to this day adheres to its rules, and until this point in Floyds long career has never made issue of this before this, and now all of a sudden just because Floyd Sr.(crack head a**) makes outlandish accusations with no proof we are all of a sudden gonna accuse a fighter of PED with no history of this. Forgive me if I am off base but i wasn't aware Floyd Sr. had a medical degree. If this is all of a sudden such an issue they should make an appeal to the comission to have the rule changed, and if it is fine, Pac will be expected to abide by these rules. Until than they should shut up and color. NO ONE BOXER IS BIGGER THAN THE SPORT!!!
You sound naive, bud.
This article explained everything about Floyd just scared of Pac demanding this ridiculous outdated blood testing.
Olympic Tests Have Never Detected HGH in an Athlete: USADA Backs Urine
by Kevin Riley
The biggest fight in the history of boxing is in danger of not happening because Floyd Mayweather Jr. wants his opponent Manny Pacquiao to agree to random Olympic-style blood tests.
The only problem is that these random blood tests have never—yes that's right—never found Human Growth Hormone in any Olympic athlete that has ever been tested.
Interesting, huh?
Mayweather somehow believes that if his opponent Pacquiao who has never failed a drug test, refuses to take a test that has never caught anyone, then this fight can't happen.
How does this make sense? It doesn't. No wait, maybe Mayweather knows something the rest of us don't...no wait, maybe Mayweather is just trying to avoid the best fighter he has ever met.
But hold on, it gets even better.
Mayweather's camp has somehow wrangled the alliance of Travis Tygart, CEO of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, to try and spin this whole charade of events in their favor.
Tygart has told Yahoo Sports! that Pacquiao's resistance to submit to the blood tests "would provide a huge loophole for a cheater to step through and get away with cheating.”
Please explain yourself Mr. Tygart, how can a test that's never caught anybody possibly provide a "loophole" for a cheater to step through?
It seems like the test itself is a loophole.
And if you don't think this sequence of events can get even more interesting, it can.
Listen to this.
USADA announced last year that they were funding a company that has developed a test to detect HGH in urine. And Pacquiao, as everyone knows, has agreed to submit to as many random urine tests as the Mayweather camp would like.
Tygart even told USA Today last year that the developers, Ceres Nanosciences, "have developed an outstanding technology. And we're looking forward to helping them develop it further so it can have a practical use in anti-doping efforts."
Yesterday, Ceres Nanosciences launched the first release of that new technology, NanotrapTM ESP Particles.
These particles are designed to improve complex biofluid sample processing allowing for the detection of low-abundance proteins that would not otherwise be detected and also uses existing medical equipment.
What this means, simply, is that HGH use is now detectable through testing of urine samples and the breakthrough technology is officially ready to "Rock-and-Roll."
Now we'll find out if Mayweather is ready to do the same.
Pacquiao certainly is.
Your article is 100% correct but your FOCUS is 100% wrong...
***The random blood test weren't suggested ONLY for HGH...Why does everyone always assume that HGH is the only type of PED???
BTW - They were going to use both Urine and Random Blood tests..
Peace Mo!

LMAO!!!...Grounds to make a 10 million dollar per over pound request..lmao
IF you dont see the grounds your seriously obtuse.:dunce:
I mean backing someone because they are of the same ethnic background no matter what is a bit much.
Is hard to take anyone serious when they are part of the :
Knights of kung pow or whatever
Pros should always make the weight no matter what bec that's what their supposed to do or the fight is off.. Noone shouldn't even make demands about the weight in the first place. If you signed the contract agreement it is ur responsible to not go over the weight limit. Jesus christ floyd is already fighting a small welter pac it's only right to make that demand 10mill or not watever.. n what he did to Marquez was a bitch move.
At this time, even if I don't believe that Pacquiao is taking PEDs, I really don't care anymore if some people are suspicious of Pacquiao taking PEDs at this point of his career, they can't prove it anyway. All they have are suspicions, conjectures, opinions, speculations...the truth will come years after or may be after Pacquiao retires...especially if there is someone in Pacquiao's camp who will reveal and attest that Pacquiao really took PEDs. At this point, everything is just purely suspicions/speculations.
My point is this: Why couldn't Floyd just go on with that fight with or without PEDs?? Is he not confident of his skills and talent?? I personally would say, Floyd is a much skillful and talented fighter than Pacquiao. He is a master defensive boxer. I believe there is a very big possibility that he can beat Pacquiao by decision! But why couldn't he just take that fight and take out that ridiculous olympic type of drug testing which is not even used AS A RULE in all professional sports, because its invasive/intrusive on the part of professional athletes?
Why would it take a boxer like Clottey to take Pacquiao? Is Clottey not afraid of Pacquiao having PEDs? The answer? YES, Clottey is not afraid, because he believes he can defeat Pacquiao with or without PEDs....Is Floyd willing to do that?? NO! Because he is simply afraid Pacquiao will destroy him! He is just not confident of his skills! I believe that there is really a very big possibility Floyd defeats Pacquiao even if he believes Pacquiao is on PEDs, but he doesn't take that risk...WHY?
Because Floyd is simply AFRAID! He is not confident enough to beat Pacquiao. And yet he tells people that Pacquiao is not indestructible..that Pacquiao has 3 losses while he does not have any loss...that Pacquiao is too small for him, etc.
Flomos don't know how logic works LOLS.
Simple logic...
If floyd and USADA wants to clean the sports, they should sit down with the commission and present their suggestions.
simple as that. :D
imdazed once again u make us look bad, what have u got against pacquaio?
Is he ur dadyy who abandoned u at birth??
honest the sh*te u come up with on here is astounding......
I am a floyd fan but I dont think pac is on anything I think all of his opponents have been carefully picked and have suited his style perfectly..
Also his weight is not very simialar on fight night now as it was when he was fighting at 130......
The funny thing is imdazed u were one of the people saying that diaz was a bum, oscar a corpse, hatton finished since floyd and cotto not the same since margarito but since these accusations you have'nt mentioned these????
Why is this my friend?? its either one or the other man i still tink its the fighter's he's fighting that have made him so dominant NOT PED's.....
Also both fighters fu*ked this fight up pac shud av agreed to the alledged 14 day window and Floyd should Never have asked for test's THAT he has never in his 40 previous fights asked for or that go beyond boxing commission's........
I am unbiased both are to blame on this one wether you admit it or not,im sure u wont imdazed I await your responsen which im pretty sure i already know....sigh
coz they have grounds to demand that kind of penalty
what about team mayweather?
This is NOT a catchweight fight-it is set at the limit of 147. When was the last time Floyd went over the limit in a welterweight fight????
In all fairness-Floyd jr has heard rumours through the "grapevine"-whether it is from his father,or the New York times, or Teddy Atlas, they have all been volatile enough to make Floyd feel that this request is warranted (it is not important if it is speculation-the rumours are out there,so why not take the testing???-it doesn't sound half as weird as you guys imply).
You guys are confusing commision issues for contract requests-there is a difference!
What is even more bizarre,is that a known PEDs user who slipped through NSAC's system,is fullfilling these random blood tests, yet a supposed "clean" Manny is rigidly against this...it brings suspicion on himself.
Its not that the Pac camp would not the take the test if it was required. If the comission required it, they would comply, it is more about proving that Floyd is not bigger than the sport and they are not gonna be strrong armed an dictated too. I don't blame the pac camp. If the comission required it and he refused I would be suspicious, and I don't want to hear that Mosley is willing too. Mosley will do whatever it takes to get a big fight and he really has no choice especially since he has a history. Pac is not in Mosleys boat, and has plenty of other options. If Floyd wants this fight he will have to renegotiate his demands to comply with the Pacquiao side a little more than he would want, because if hedoesn't they will move on and fight Mosley and Floyd will be left with no other options. Wether you agree with it or not, it is actually a smart move on there part. I beleive this fight will end up getting done just more to the Pac camps liking.
It isn't an issue of the commision asking-it is a REQUEST that Floyd wanted-just as is the 10 million dollar fraction of a pound over the 147 limit that Pacquiao demanded.Again,it isn't about Floyd being "above the sport"-it is a simple request-most fighters have requests in contracts...
In fact, when was the last time Floyd has went over the welterweight limit when he was fighting at that weight class???? This is not a catchweight fight,so what reason do team Pac have to believe that he would go above the WW limit-isn't that a commision issue???? It certainly IS-the commision would not allow Floyd to fight him at a higher weight than the limit. He has never shown up over 147 on the weigh-ins for WW....seems like a radical request from Pacquiao-or a way to try and "scare" Floyd out of a fight, especially when that request was demanded before the random blood tests.
Like I have mentioned before-one (Floyd's) demand is in place to benefit BOTH fighters and the other request benefits only one boxer (Pacquiao).....
coz they have grounds to demand that kind of penalty
what about team mayweather?
did they have ground with cotto and dela hoya. Did they ever fail to make weight?
cant prove he's dirty, cant prove he's clean. until then its anyones opinion as to wether he's clean or dirty. there's no proof either way.
in my opinion if he is refusing a blood test that Any man, woman or child can easily take without any problems, then he is hiding something and most likely has been dirty. thats my opinion. and the nsac requiring the random blood test is not a valid excuse cuz they never required
it before and obviously never will. and even though they never required it boxers have cheated in the past without getting caught by the nsac.
the nsac is dirty and corrupt like all other organizations in boxing, many people now this and its the main reason why boxing has very little credibility if any in the mainstream of sports. its because of the money hungry corrupt people that run the sport, boxing is on the level of professional bowling and pool, and not a major sport in the mainstream. the mainstream could care less for this sport but when its a athlete from a major sport accused of steroids, you will never hear the end of it until he is caught or admits to being dirty.
pac is lucky he aint a baseball player.
LMAO!!!...Grounds to make a 10 million dollar per over pound request..lmao

Is hard to take anyone serious when they are part of the :
Knights of kung pow or whatever
so you're telling me that Floyd's recent mockery of the catchweight is not enough for team Pacquiao to demand that penalty?
The commission is a convenient excuse. Pacquiao ignores them when he makes his own demands, why all of a sudden are they an organization that must be strictly adhered to?
So the comission is an excuse when every boxer in boxing to this day adheres to its rules, and until this point in Floyds long career has never made issue of this before this, and now all of a sudden just because Floyd Sr.(crack head a**) makes outlandish accusations with no proof we are all of a sudden gonna accuse a fighter of PED with no history of this. Thats what IM saying...the pactards were not saying anything when Pac made that stupid 10 mill. demand...
Now if Floyd would have backed out and not accepted they would have said he dont really want it.:crackhead
coz they have grounds to demand that kind of penalty
what about team mayweather?
Al Capone- Guilty of many crimes (racketeering, murder, blackmail, etc) busted on tax evasion, not on the many other crimes.
So I guess he bever did those many other crimes.
OJ Simpson- Found innocent of murder. So I guess he didnt kill anyone.
Antonio Margarito- Never found to have used plaster in a fight. So I guess he never used it.
Jack The Ripper- Many women murdered in London but he was never caught. So he didnt kill anyone.
Barry Bonds-Alledged to have used PED's but was never actually proven. So he is clean and never used.
Manny Pacquiao- see the above
"JUST ACCUSATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS" HUH?:dunce:
what about the prisoners of Abu Ghraib?
abducted Iraqi civilians?
the funny thing is that pacqiao can ask for a 10 millions dollar penalties for being over 147 but mayweather can not ask for random blood test. Wouldn't the nsac would take care of mayweather for being over the weight limit?? Some of you guys are flip flopper.
Its not that the Pac camp would not the take the test if it was required. Pacquiao called himself into question, sure, but refusal to have test as per Mayweather's demands aren't grounds for admittance nor it is as an admission of guilt.
Questions are unanswered but I would rather have Pacquiao just let the questions fly...for I don't really care for the Mayweather's demands.
Is it fair? Yes and No.
What is fair is what the NEVADA STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION is for. That is their role. If Mayweather petitioned to the NSAC then it is within protocols.
This is where the whole issue is about. It is like accusing someone without going to the courts and actually filing a lawsuit. And thus there is no enactment or enforcement or weight of his demands.
Publicly, he did...obviously.
He is a master of that...he is a master of business and it shows, he is in for the money.
Refusal may not be enough alone but a handful of lies, excuses and contradictory statements are.
