I read on this forum there are certain methods that can get rid of traces of EPO within a day or two, does anyone have this article because I can't find it?

SMH at this thread..
Im really not understanding what you are talking about. Your body naturally produces EPO, just like it naturally produces HGH. So EPO will always be in your body because it is a harmone produced by your kidney, that leads to red blood cell production in your bone marrow. These Red blood cells help with oxygen intake.
So again what are you talking about? EPO will always be in your blood because that is how red blood cells are produced/regulated.

As far as I know it isn't detectable in itself. Use of EPO and the likes, is traceable from the amount of red blood cells. High values (of the haematocrit) indicates either a severe disease or an artificial enhancement ie. EPO.
if you're taking something on the lines of Procrit (EPO) you dont have to "flush" it..
some of the newer ones though are molecularly tagged... so not sure
I mean how long does it take to get rid of using certain methods
