Questions, comments and suggestions are very much welcome.
The commission didn't mandate the extra testing. It was Floyd's idea. Pac refused. Period. Both have new fights to focus on for now.
“It does not make sense for this to become a commission matter. This is a contractual matter. The commission did not decide the weights or the purse split or how the foreign television rights would be sold.
“If this is Bob’s final ultimatum, then that’s what it is. That is his decision if he wants to take that position. I very much hope this fight can be made, but the reason it is at a standstill is because of the way they have handled things,” Schaefer said.
Writer said Floyd fought Baldy for much less money than a Margarito bout, what a straight up lie. He made 8 million and 1, a dollar more than a fight with Margarito.
I actually see the logic in this guys thinking,it's quite to the point, mostly because I feel the same way!!But luckily Floyd has at least decided to fight Mosley!!I still think he really didn't want to,but he's going to!!
And that means what?
The match is STILL happening. When Floyd does not accept a fight, he is a chicken, when he does, its was because of an unfortunate event.Cmon now.
IT was still up to Floyd.
well, truth hurts, doesn't it?
Talk about biased.
What it comes down to is Mayweather is now fighting a Shane who would have a good chance of beating Manny or Floyd.
While Manny fights Clottey which is only interesting because he is letting Clottey fight at his weight.
Now if Floyd fought Clottey, "fans" would be all over him for taking an easy fight but if Manny fought Shane without a catchweight he would be getting praise.:smashfrea Now thats real.
Before Cotto, people were talking about how Manny doesn't stand a chance against Clottey. In fact, some gave Clottey a chance of upset against Floyd.
Fast forward one fight, Clottey becomes a sacrificial lamb.
Talk about biased.

Floyd vs Shane was not even planned, it happened because of series of unfortunate events.
Why should they mandate something that could possibly take away from their money maker. Thats like mandating larger baseball fields so as to allow less homeruns or allowing higher baskets so as not to dunk.
The commission didnt create those catchweights either.
You're right. They didn't mandate it because it isn't necessary. It was extra shit, and extra shit can be cast aside. Sucks it ruined an important fight, but it is what it is. I'm no Pac sympathizer, but Cotto coulda refused the catchweight. He didn't.
I'm a pac fan and Pinoy but that is clearly conjectures and opinions with some truths with a different spin on it. There are no quotes or fact to back up that they paid a step aside money for Berto. That is probable but with the absence of any proofs, it should be treated as an opinion. Otherwise, we would be doing the same thing that Floyd sr is doing. Accusing without facts. Let it go. The best we can hope for is that they settle their disagreement by the end of the year so we can have the fight we have been craving for.
