I think these dudes somehow work for the NYSAC and one of them talks about working the Gamboa / Lopez card a couple weeks back. Pretty interesting stuff.
Nice Liquid Swords track...
We were on the ship when the slaves were checked
I had to pull your card you was on the top deck
So I plotted my escape, I saw the thin line between love and hate
And fast from the hog on the plate
WTF kinda question is this??? If Floyd beats mosley in a dominating way, does he becomes P4P King?? if you answered yes youre a fuuckin moron.
If the vice president gets assassinated, does the secretary of state takes over obamas position as president?
Yes my Pactard, your boy can easily lose his P4P status over one fight. A Mosley victory is that significant. You didn't actually think Pacs Wins over a old Oscar, faded Hatton, and whooped overrated Cotto would guarantee him the #1 P4P rating forever unconditionally did you? If so you're a fuuckin moron.
The pound for pound title has no specific formula and is strictly based on opinions and your like or dislike for a specific fighter, fighting style etc so everyones opinions on the subject will differ. This is my take on it:
Mayweather today is ranked #2 P4P and only lost the #1 P4P rank when he retired. In his last fight he beat Marquez who was ranked #2 at the time when Mayweather fought him. Mayweather is now going to fight Shane Mosely who is ranked #3 on the P4P list.
Pac in his last fight was ranked #1 P4P and beat Cotto who was ranked #17 P4P at the time. Pac is now about to fight Clottey who is currently ranked #34 on the P4P rankings.
If both fighters win their respective fights keep in mind that Mayweather would have beaten the #2 and #3 P4P fighters in the world back to back while Pac would have beaten the #17 and # 34 P4P fighters in the world back to back. I would give Mayweather the nod to become the #1 P4P fighter in the world if both fighters win their next respective fights.
numbers dont lie

Should have asked why is floyd fighting 40 year old mosley?
Answer: better chance of winning. No movement like he use to and is more open to an attack
Answer is, pac refused to take drug test. He's scared if needles

I think it's fair to say Mosley isn't you're average 38 yr old who's having a tough time getting out of his grandpa seat. Mosley will be game for this fight. Whether or not he wins is a diff story.
heres how i see it, if Pacman loses and Floyd wins the Floyd is number 1 (obviously)
However if Pacman wins regardless of the outcome of the Mayweather fight then he is still number 1 p4p.
I cant get past the fact that Pacman fought Cotto and i believed Cotto to be the man at 147 (exc floyd) Pacman fought not just any old Welterweight he went and picked one of the best to fight first. He frankly beat Cotto up and i was shocked.
Besides Baldomir and Judah (of which 1 being Judah i will give him credit for) Floyd hasnt fought a top Welterweight and in modern times hasnt fought one either. Thats not to detract from Floyds wins over DLH and Hatton, both of which were very tough fights but both fights which most people saw him winning.
Because i see Clottey as a genuine force at 147, (i rank him top 5) I cannot argue that Shane Mosley is any harder of a fight for Floyd than Clottey is for Pacquiao. Stylistically Shane is a hard fight for anybody especially Floyd as he compares well to Floyd. However Clottey is a very tough durable opponent for Pacquiao its not an easy fight.
Its kinda hard to show my reasoning but i kinda feel like Floyd still wouldnt be fighting top welterweights if Pacquaio hadnt beaten Cotto so convincingly, almost forcing Floyd to show hes still the king.

The question's not far off because at that point both Pacquiao and Mayweather would be champions. One guy beat Cotto for the belt, the other beat Mosley. I guarantee there'd be a heavy debate for the real #1 leading into Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Only makes the fight that much bigger IMO.
