Wasn't planning on watching this fight but i get the feeling it has potential. Whats the consensus on here about this upcoming fight...... Some onne school me on antonio demarco, does he really have a shot? or are they feeding another one to a puncher? I'm just tired of wasting time on "sacrificial lambs"
Boy gets hit too much. The African he faced a fight back had him in his back pocket with some movement and counter punching until he decided he wanted to bitch out for a DQ win instead of a decision.
If Valero had a right hook, he'd have him out of there in a few, since he doesn't, it's gonna take him a few more rounds for the KO.
Actually Valero has an incredible right hook. You need to watch more of his fights and see the guys he lays out with his right. It's going to look a lot like what JuanMa did to Ponce De leon.

if u dont watch the bad fights its hard to catch the good ones ...
i watch alot of fights man i just get tired of crap job cards.... plus i never watched the kid fight i just wanted more info
Thanks. should be interesting... just watched a fewe vids that i could find on him. I'd like to see if he's smart enough to use that length, alot of good fighters that are long like that tend to forget to use it as an advantage(pwill). but cool, i will definatly make plans to watch this fight. like i said i just didnt want to waste my time on a one sided beatdown again

ya no doubt .... theres still alotta hype around valero and a demarco win would be a huge shot in the arm for his career.
i think it would be a little too rash to discount a W for valero either cause although demarco is young and for the most part untested on this level. he still seems to possess the talent n hunger, often those are the kinda guys that are hardest to beat. its a shame hes doesnt have more experience tho cause then i'd favoured him to beat el inca...
but demarco's and estrada are both live dogs this weekend ... and mack johnson is pick'em too ... real interesting weekend of fights!!!
Nothing against the kid, but I fell he's untested on the world level. Not saying he won't win, because I feel that way about the Champ too, but if he gets stopped early or pulls the upset, it would hard to rate the winner highly without more meaningful fights.

Demarco has all the tools to beat Valero...IF you want to see a brawler recieve the boxing lesson, WATCH THE FIGHT....
Demarco is really tall & has a lot of range,he used to be a pure brawler, but lately he's been fighting behind his jab!!He turned out to be pretty effective using his jab,but can be lured into shootouts!!His best chance would be to keep his head, use his reach & box Valero to death from outside!!Snap that head back for about 8 rounds, then if he feels Valero weakening, that's when he should get in there & try to put him away!!:boxing:
he is a young up and comer but still dont see him beating Valero. he is seen as the first real challenge to Valero he is taller than Valero and he can also pack a punch.
