marquez puts khan on his ass...who disagrees???

I think its a pick em fight..but I don't really like Marquez fighting above 130. Even though he beat Diaz/Casamayor at 135 I still didn't think he was at his best at 135. I would lean Khan

Marquez fought it out with Diaz at 135 and got hurt. Imagine what Khan is going to do when he connects at 140, a weight in which Marquez will have very little power to keep Kahn off of him. Marquez will have more than enough power to keep khan off of him but that is not the issue the issue for Marquez in this match up is that he looked slow above 135 and khan has enough foot speed to dart in and throw a quick combination and get out. its really matter of Marquez timing and speed being enough to catch and counter punch khan has he comes in to throw a combination

khan will destroy marquez i guarantee all fans will be sick....he is bigger faster and marquez is old and aint even built for 140.....theres a reason why mexican fighters cant advance past 3 weight classes....dont take that the wrong way 3 weight classes is hard for anybody to do, not just mexicans....you guys are making khan out be something he's not...the only reason why he is talked about in the same breath as the top fighters in the division is because he sells and that's the only reason, not because of his boxing skills.....Marquez is too big of a jump for him...he still learning and unproven....

i think if this fight happens, it has to happen at 138lbs.

i really can't see how you could judge marquez off of the mayweather fight...marquez would have looked slow if he and mayweather fought at 130...floyd is that good...that's why he is so far up there...but khan has damn good attributes...i'm just saying that his speed can be neutralized and his chin can be tapped...marquez has a lot in him...he is far from over the hill in my eyes...especially since he was closidered at his peak just a year and some change ago against pacquaio... Marquez would have definitely not looked as slow against floyd at 130 but the result would still have been a dec win for floyd but not as dominate win like he had against Marquez at welter. I can see Marquez winning khan by ko but I do not have the confidence in that prediction based on what he looked like above 135 against floyd.

the jmm that floyd beat by UD is the worst jmm weve seen...he's not as effective as he was at 135 below.....khan will beat him ala barrera .... did you see MAB in that fight? first of all...he was cut...and i think he was blinded...second...he's been done for...coasting in his few fights before that...he had everything working against him...if marquez looked like that...i'd say he's been done...but marquez did diaz in...did casamayor in...did pacquaio in...twice...he isn't washed up...he is not close to barrera's state in that khan fight...

If both where at there prime and fighting at 130 I will go with Marquez anytime. When was Khan in his prime ? Oh wait he hasn't yet, he's a long way off being in his prime. Who knows what a prime Khan is gonna be like.

Khan is not Floyd Mayweather he aint going 12 rounds without being hit hard. JMM will catch him. JMM is also the best fighter that Khan will ever face.

Even good fighters have bad nights. Watch the combination hand speed in the barrera fight. For people to say Marquez will "put him on his ass" is bullshit. If you believe that's true, then you underestimate him. If a guy like prescott can put away Khan,,Why wouldn't you think an experienced proven fighter in marquez couldn't do it....Bad habits? if anthing Khan is the one who is gonna haveto make sure he doesn't make any mistakes..This fight will not happen in my eyes,,Khan is still learning and unproven...

it's crazy to me for people to put marquez off like this...he is not a shot fighter...not yet...do i think khan can win? sure...but this fight is more of a toss up than either going out and completely outclassing the other...i just so happen to side with marquez...khan doesn't have the experience...and marquez can turn up the ring generalship when he needs to...

I think people underestimate Khan. The dudes bad ass. In his prime I think JMM would take him in a good bout, but I would not be a bit surprised to see Khan win this fight. Khan, IMO has everything going for him speed, hand speed, power, stamina, height, reach, weight, coach, conditioning and strengthening coach, facilities, and possibly even spar mates. Only disadvantage for him is his chin and his lack of experience.

I Just wish JMM would have a confidence building fight at 140lbs first. Then I could get a better idea on what to expect.
