he came up with the stupid blood test proposal when pac has never tested positive for anything he wants to clean up the sport? okay so why didnt he ask jmm to go through the same procedures when they fought? why only pac? ofcourse he is going to ask mosley the same thing as mosley admitted to using steroids in the past. so people shouldnt say pac ducked may. still why would pacs team agree to the test and then back down on their agreement? that makes pacquiao look bad Why blood test JMM, all he would have found was quial eggs and more urine.
