If Shane beats Floyd he would go after Pacman.
With the clause in Place Pac is frozen out.
Shanes GBP contract also runs out after the Floyd fight.
So the re-match clause was a stroke of genius IMO by Floyd and GBP.

If that is the case then i wouldn't call it genius - I'd call it cynical
Does anyone know the actual details on the rematch clause. For Instance I know that if Shane wins, Floyd gets an immediant rematch. But can anyone answer the questions to the following two scenarios:
If Floyd wins, does Shane get a rematch?
Say that in the case Floyd wins, and Shane doesn't have the ability to get a rematch, Is he free to go fight anyone else.
Im just curious to if it only goes into affect in the case Floyd loses, or if no matter what, Floyd dictates Shane's next bout.
Shane also made the same "rematch clause" offer to Pac before
That is Shane's generosity
If Mayweather lost to Mosley, they'd have an argument to this effect: that
Pacquiao beat Cotto who beat Mosley who beat Mayweather, the missing piece of this puzzle is Margarito...and taking that fight could be an option for Pacquiao, aside of course from the possibility of a unification with the other beltholder, Berto or whoever has the title at that time. Meanwhile, Mayweather will be stuck with Mosley, and would be putting himself up for total ownage if Mosley manages to beat him twice. I don't know why this is a good decision legacy-wise or business-wise.
No faith in your guy?
I said to win by KO.....is that faith or what?!?.....Shane wins any other way and YOU still win......but if Shane wins by KO......I win.......do you not have faith in ya boy Floyd?!?.....I mean its not like he's ever been stopped or beaten before!!......whats up?!?.....your 45-60 k against my 15 that Shane stops Money!!!

JMM is a golden boy fighter who Oscar is matching up with Khan ANOTHER GBP fighter.
Pac is frozen out.
Pac vs. JMM at 140 is a tune up.
Margarito is pointless.
Williams or Mayweather Pac take ur pick.
Pac is not frozen out...
Margarito looks spectacular against Jones, Arum will have him fight in June against a top fighter like Collazo/Quintana. Margarito destroys either one of them, then Toney shoots back to Top WW status.
Also Arum could have Pac go for a title at 154 against someone like Angulo etc. Also there is Bradley at 140. Basically if Arum/Pac don't want to summit to the random test, all pac has to do is fight a fight in Sept, then Mosley would be available anyway unless Floyd fights him 3 times in a row.
To point I'm making is that while Pac will more than likely face Floyd, he has other options and can walk if he doesn't like what is offered.
The only way Floyd loses is by KO.
His PPV draw will drop like a rock when he loses.
The rematch will do worse numbers than their first encounter.
Remember... people only watch Floyd to see him lose.
If he loses, then there's no more incentive to watch.
I depends on when the Khan fight will happen.
Do you honestly believe Marquez wont pull out of a fight with Khan to fight Pacquiao?
JMM will do whatever Oscar tells him to.
JMM wants Pac to take OST testing and JMM wants 50-50.
Not to mention JMM is a GBP fighter.
The fight aint happening. Why would Pac pick on alight weight anyway???
