I'm ashamed that I have yet to give anything to our Haitian brothers and sisters who were affected by the disastrous earthquake.
In all honesty, I just don't want to give my $50 directly to Red Cross using my credit card. Not to sound selfish, but I wanted to get some remembrance back, like maybe buying an Andre Berto shirt where the proceeds go to help Haiti.
In short, I wanted to show that the boxing community cares about the less fortunate people (I think we all should do as well), and we're not just rabid fans who delight the sight of blood and combat.
Any ideas on how I can donate my $50?
Here's the Andre Berto shirt from Everlast, all the proceeds go to the Red Cross and you get a nice shirt.

If your care is genuine then why would you want a shirt getting in between you and the maximum amount of aid you can give? Why don't you just give the $50 to the Red Cross or Unicef, instead of giving 50-$15 materials and shipping=$35?
What does it matter that you are part of the "boxing community" in this circumstance? Isn't it more important to show you are part of the human community, or even part of a nation, than a fan of a particular sport?
