STFU.........................Doesn't matter how many more he had, it was his choice
It matters a lot cuz we pointing out how he was not in his prime.... Eubanks was already a 12yr veteran when he fought Joe and had battles with Benn 2x, Collins 2x, Rochigianni, and Malinga...
His record in his last 6 fights before retiring was 2-4, one of those losses was to Joe... 2-4 was his record before retiring... how can you say Eubanks was in his prime? Do you know who Eubanks was? Did you see Eubanks in his prime? You want to see a prime Eubanks? Catch his fights with Benn and Rochigianni....
How many fights did Genaro Hernandez have after Floyd?
Exactly and I don't consider Chicanito in his prime either... however, I give Floyd more credit in beating Chicanito than I do Joe for beating Eubanks...
How old was Joe when he beat Eubanks?
How old was Floyd when he beat Chicanito?
Did Joe have LESS 20 bouts when he beat Eubanks?
Did Floyd have LESS than 20 bouts when he beat Chicanito?
How many years was Joe pro for when he fought Eubanka?
How many years was Floyd pro for when he fought Chicanito?
The most important question was Chicanito champ when Floyd fought him?
Was Eubanks champ when Joe fought him?
I can keep going...
After Eubanks lost to Steve Collins for the 2nd time he fought two more time before fight Joe... who did he beat in those two fights?
Chicanito after loosing to Oscar fought 6 times before fighting Floyd, and has wins over HOF'er Azumah Nelson, and top fighters like Carlos Hernandez and Carlos Gerena going into the bout with Floyd
Matter of fact how many losses does Chicanito have at 130?
No moron, you keep proving your stupidity.
Well I don't speak either language so I didn't know... I do know that he is Ukranian but he knows Russian and not Ukranian... I thought he could possibly speak both language...
Floyd fought for a World Championship very early in his career and beat the top guys in his divisions for years and years, taking on challenges such as undefeated Corrales, who people believed would KO him.
People also feared for Floyd at WW and believed Baldomir could smash him due to the ridiculous size advantage.
In his first fight at LW Floyd took on Castillo who weighed in on fight night as a WW and then immediately rematched him.
Many believed Hatton had the style to destroy Mayweather and accused him of ducking Hatton and Baldomir. People also believed Judah would beat him, all of these guys were supposed to represent tough challenges for Floyd and were risks, more so than Calzaghe whos main risky fight would probably be B Hop and Kessler.
Quick answer... Calzaghe, cause no one is a risk to floyd, he's that good... LOL j/k - Honestly early career-wise it goes to Floyd, later career (although floyd's isn't over yet so this could change) i give to calzaghe.
I think floyd will change that though...
Why?
Going up in weight to fight the lineal and ring champion 34 year old Oscar in your debut at the weight, how does Calzaghe tops that? How about undefeated 43-0 prime and younger champion Ricky Hatton? How about the p4p #2 in the world in Marquez. I know it was not the best weight for Marquez but still...
Risk is relative. OF course if you are a bum you would have accomplished a big deal when you beat the likes of Lacy or Kessler but no one considers Calzaghe a bum, so he should be compared using the SAME standards. I do know both Lacy and Kessler where undefeated and despite Kessler being a good continental level fighter, look at what happened when he traveled overseas. I won't even comment on Lacy he was a plain out bum from the day 1.
I'm not Klitschko2009 I just discovered this site the other day, I have had nom previous accounts here.
Dude you know nothing, those guys all lost because they were limited fighters......they weren't past prime, they just got owned by superior fighters. 31 is in your physical prime, simple ,jerk.
Your wrong , he's right, 31 might be a lot of peoples physical prime, though i would say closer to 28, physically that is, but for boxing it is completely different. if you have 5 plus wars against too opponents by the time your 25 , you most likely wont be in your prime at 31, its different for every person. albeit morales is coming out of retirement but when you look at his career people will say his prime was 25-28, and that can be the same case for a lot of fighter. for some it can be 32-35. and yeah for some it can be 31, but not for every person. you're coming off as very narrow minded.

So how many fights did Eubanks have after Joe? What was his record after Joe? Again I wait for your answer.... Prime has nothing to do with age...
No, Eubank was in his prime. He was only 31 years old. Vitali is 38 and still dominating the HW divsion alongside Wlad. Pacquiao is 31 and in his prime, 31 is a prime age asshole.
WOW....... Klitschko2009 I have told you plenty of times that prime is not settled by age.... Was Vargas in his prime at age 25? Was Morales in his prime at age 30? Was David Reid in his prime at age 31?
How many more fights did Eubanks have after Joe? What was his record after Joe? I wait for your response...
Moron. Joe fought Bika, Lacy, Kessler, Mitchell, Reid, and Eubank.
bika got absolutely dominated by bute as well. lacy got absolutely dominated by taylor as well. mitchell has lost to guys i dont know of. reid sd joe, but was stopped by lacy and froch. eubank came down in weight to fight joe and had already lost to steve collins twice at 168 and lost twice to carl thompson twice after calzaghe. and i think kessler is good but he did get dominated by andre ward.
To settle this let Calzaghe fight Mayweather. Calz has been inactive, is older than Mayweather, and is slower than Mayweather. May just fought, is in shape, is faster than Joe which all offset the size difference and reach.
Pretty even match if you ask me, then we can settle this debate for all........
