Whos the best fighter below 140???

that's your opinion..........., which I differ. Juan Diaz is A-good at 135. He almost beat JMM the true top dog at 135.. true... i guess we wont know until he ups and fights one... i think that juan should build some muscle.... he needs more power.

That's a bit difficult to say definitively, IMO. There's a lot of good fighters below 140.
