Don't you get it? THE COMMISSION DOESN'T REQUIRE IT, THEREFORE, WHY THE **** SHOULD HE DO IT?!?!?!?!
I can't even believe this is even a QUESTION.

Dont you get it , many things are negotiable in a mega fight like this , lots of fighters demand extra conditions just like AA has this testing in all his fights .
Floyd has a right to ensure the fight is clean and as the opponent every right to demand this , Pac run away from testing with very flimsy excuses that only fans are buying thats the bare bones fact of it .
Pac appears to be guilty with his actions .

What about 15 days before the fight?
"I am still in heavy training"
I don't get it...
The hell you talking about? It means.....

I gotta agree. He is taking the same CONTRADICTORY stand his camp has been making. "I'll do blood test just not the day of the fight"........then 14 day window is brought up and then the "I'm training" stuff comes up.

Manny had blood drawn from his body 2-days before the fight with Erik Morales. Not the day of the fight.

When will Team Pacquiao come clean?
Green K always appreciated! :)
Really only two ways you can look at this situation now:
Manny and his advisers have made a horrible decision to let this fight get away when they were clearly given a last possible testing day of 15 days prior to fight night. That would squarely place the blame on Manny's stubbornness and superstitions.
or
Team Pac feels they may have something to hide.
Manny will have us believe he walked away from 40 million dollars on 15 days being too early for him and that it will negatively affect him physically or maybe mentally. Clottey might make him regret this decision.
