Anytime I've given blood my arm has bruised and it was extremely painful, and made it hard to do simple things like drive. My GF gave blood at a dr appointment last week and her arm bruised something awful and was extremely sore for 4 days. I have vein's identical to Pacuqiao, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt like a bitch to give blood.
