That really makes no sense to me. He can make 140 with ease, and could make that weight no problem, as he made 138 after having two meals before the weigh in. Honestly, this does not add up well with me.
Oh the irony.
Don't cop out by trying to change the subject. The thread isn't about spelling and the only reason you would do such a thing is because you have no way to defend your opinion or argue against mine.
Stopping acting like you have sand in your vagina and argue against my point or shut the fuk up and admit you have no comeback.
I think it's mostly due to the big fights around 147+. They're considering more a fight against a 154 pounder to become a champ in yet another division, rather than going down again.
I do find it silly they've said this though, because it's bound to fuel speculation about drugs. But surely if there were truth in it they wouldn't be so stupid to make such comments, know what I mean?
I also think Roach and Manny really play guys with weight in hindsight, because they can. My favourite 2 guys in boxing right now, but it's not so cool, but hey anyone would do it in there positon. He fought ODL at 147, then to 140 to face Hatton both fine. Then all of a sudden he can't take on a smaller than ODL..Cotto at 147. From that to not saying not fighting at 140 again only 147 does look fishy. They don't help themselves.
The more you weigh the less speed and stamina you will have how does this in anyway raise eyebrows? It's comon fuking knowledge!
Plus he knocked out Cotto in the 11th round after sustaining his heavier attack early. If anything it shows that Manny has sustained his stamina even with the weight gain.
Oh the irony.
Agree with this observation. Pac's stamina was also noticeably worse. He couldn't sustain his attacks in the latter rounds, and gave up the first half of each round to Cotto.

Disagree completely, I thought he looked awesome, so freaking what, when Cotto started running he got sick of chasing him. Normal for any fighter.
He out grew 135 and 140 In a SHORT timespan. Thats fishy IMO.
Wish we couldve seen him fight Bradley at 140.
Yeah having to eat six meals a day to make 145 is soooooo fishy.
The money is at welter it's that simple.
Pacquiao looked slower and sloppier to me against Cotto at 147 than he has in the past. His speed is not what it was at 140 and below.

Trouble? Are you blind. Bradley won that fight with ease. He was green and still won. The fight should have been a UD not an SD. That is why I was against Bradley wanting to fight Khan in the UK before
Unimpressive win regardless. Witter hardly pressured Bradley with any meaningful attack, and based on his style, Bradley has a tendency to brawl--which plays right into Pacquiao's style.
margarito
Thats exactly the fight i suspect Pacquiao and Bob Arum to make.
Wouldnt surprise me one ****ing bit.
Pathetic and a perfect way to spit the sport of boxing in its face.

Yeah it's real fishy. He has to be on roids even though he can still make 140 easily and just doesn't want to.
ROIDS!:firedevil
The reason is simple.
Its because his head outgrew his body.
As a matter of fact he doesn't have a body, his body is actually a visual representation created by his melon head.
At 140 Pac destroys Bradley in under 6 rounds.
Bradley doesn't hit hard enough and his workrate will only be to Pac's advantage.
I don't see this as an interesting fight at all.
He'd make a good sparring partner for the Mayweather fight though.
I agree, and I'm a Bradley fan.
Pac would most likely destroy this kid right now. The bigger and better challenges are at 147.
Would I be against this fight? No, but I really wouldn't want it for Bradley at this stage of his career either.
As much as I like him, hes getting a bit too much praise right now. Opponents for Floyd and Manny?
You've got to be kidding me. Let the dude start out his career as a name first before you throw him to the wolves.
Is this the same Bradley who had trouble with Junior Witter?

Please. Bradley would have his ways with Pacman. He would make Pacman look amateurish at times and Gatti like.

He didn't out grow 140--Roach says Pacquiao can make 140 easily--they chose 147 because of the big names up there.
