Shane Mosley, an admitted steroid user, has absolutely no problem taking random steroid tests, why does Pacquiao, a supposedly clean fighter, not want to take the tests? thats... what im confused about? coz in my mind no professional athlete should say no to any kind of official drug testing...it just doesnt make any sense having said that i still dont think pacquiao is on anything.

No. Mosley is taking Mayweather's tests because he wants a big payday and because he admitted to cheating in the past. It only makes sense for him to accept Mayweather's terms. But Mayweather will likely put more emphasis on getting Pacquiao to go by his drug testing standards because Mosley accepted (assuming the Mosley fight happens).
