pbf "coming back" from retirement while mp was destroying everyone in the ring... that's a wide margin for me. as i have said before... pbf does not have a cotto-mosley-margarito-clottey in his resume... pac already has one and it is going into two this march. The only thing is that while PBF was retired Pacquiao beat JMM, David Diaz, De La Hoya, and Hatton. PBF beat De La Hoya and Hatton before he was retired. Came back and beat JMM.

In my opinion....Manny is top 10, while Floyd is top 25.

That's tough to say right now. Mayweather still has something to prove and Pacquiao isn't finished yet either. I'd have to wait and see once there careers are over, to see where I'd put them.

Pacquiao would have to be ~20 and Mayweather ~30 for me. Mayweather needs to beat a good opponent and then Pacquiao himself to catch up and maybe edge him out.

pac would be top 5...i guess

ranking fighters then coming out with a reputable list is a very very daunting task my man... but just my 2 cents on this question i would say its MP who is higher... it could change though if PBF decides to clean up 147 then ups the ante @ 154...
