I mean, Richard Schaefer said "Big Name". This would also most definitely outsell Pacquiao vs. Clottey. And while Tito is past his prime, better then freaking Cintron!. Honestly, Mayweather could care less if Tito wants to weigh in at 158, I really do believe that. Sounds crazy, I wasn't gonna make a thread but what do ya think?
Lol, Tito Trinidad. That would have been a damn interesting fight prime for prime.
A big name, man I don't know. Oscar sounds almost like a possibility now.
Stop :nonono: :nonono:

I think he could too but it isnt a gurantee. Dont think that Floyd could dominate him just because of what Quintana & Sergio did. I think its pretty clear that Williams doesnt know how to fight Southpaws but will look alot better against a righty
i think it would be a great fight,it would bring out the best in floyd,of course he could loose but i wanna see it
Cintron's lack of anything but power is a good thing for PBF. Since this is merely a time killing fight he does not need to take on a serious challenge, just a man who is legit at 147. Cintron fits the bill. I'm pleased with this fight if it comes off. I'm appalled at Campbell and Paulie even being possibilities.
I hope you were equally appalled with the mentioning of Mathew Hatton.
Peace.
I don't have much of a problem with Cintron. To me, doesn't matter who he faces next as long as Shane/ Pacquiao are lined up. Cintron is shit though :/

And yet it still wouldn’t outsell a Manny/Clottey fight so why would it matter at this point?
Peace.
Unless Floyd is fighting Mosley or Pacquiao I doubt many will give a damn. They might as well put the W on his record in advance. I vean Kermit Cintron, Nate Campbell?
He doesn't need a big name right now lad. Cintron will suffice. I see no problem with that fight as it's a stay busy affair.

Regardless...he took a guy who's biggest PPV was 400K...a PPV in which he was the B side to...and he did 1.1 mill with him. Mexican Independence Day or not, Floyd is a huge PPV draw.
Pacquiao did 1.25 million with a guy whos biggest PPV was 440K. Last time Pacquiao fought a bum it didn't do so well. Same will happen to Floyd. Neither of these guys are Tyson or De La Hoya.
Well then,
Who else is a big name?

Tito is done. He's past his prime, hasn't fought in almost 2 years, hasn't fought at WW since back in 99, when he fought Oscar, and probably couldn't make 147 at this stage. If they fought it would have to be at a catchweight somewhere around 158, and even then, I'm not sure he can make that. So I don't think Tito's a good option, even if he is, better the Cintron.
Yea, but I don't think Floyd cares about his dancing partner. He's so preoccupied with himself that he wants to show that he can outsell Pacquiao by himself.
I really don't think he cares about fighting a draw anymore. He IS the draw, he doesn't need help anymore.
Keep in mind, Roger even said that Paul would be Mayweather's toughest fight. Thats the sort of opponent you face AFTER Shane/ Pacquiao. Paul needs to worry about establishing himself in one division, dude is all over the place; so it doesn't help his case. By the way, honestly, I'd lean towards Paul to beat Mayweather.
