At the end of all the BS, it's Pac who is refusing extra blood tests, Floyd agreed on everything else. Pac agreed on the extra bloodtests the cut-off dates were the point of contention in the end. Pacquiao from 30 days offered 24, Mayweather didn't budge until the last minute and tried to offer 14. As to Floyd agreeing on everything else, he didn't agree on Dallas being the venue and he didn't agree on Pacquiao's final offer of 24 days cut-off for the random testing. We've now read a million times on this board that he'd take the tests if they were mandatory, so the only reason he's refusing is to stick two fingers up at Floyd. These bloodtests were neither necessary nor required by the sanctioning bodies nor the boxing commission. I don't believe that Mayweather's using the bloodtests to get out of the fight. I think he's trying to look for extra edge (mental or physical) over Pacquiao and he believes that the bloodtests will give him that. Pacquiao, like any other fighter, doesn't want to enter the ring not being 100% and like Floyd also wants to have mental or physical edge - he's not giving in to Floyd's whims, but he's willing to do it if the commission says so. In the end, Mayweather cannot say yes, because he would appear to be submitting to Pacquiao's whims. Pacquiao in the end cannot say yes because even if he submitted to the bloodtests, the allegations won't go away. Pacquiao wins, fine. But if he lost, people would say he lost because he wasn't able to use PEDs because of the testing. In this scenario, only Mayweather could have saved the fight. Well done Pac, the only person he HASN'T pissed off is Floyd, because he'll just go and earn easier money elsewhere. I doubt that very much. His fight with Marquez may have gotten 1mil PPV, but it didn't have that much gate attendance. The high PPV rates was because of the fact that it was Mayweather's first fight coming out of retirement and because of Marquez' Mexican fan base. Floyd's next fight will not be a novelty and neither will he be fighting somebody with an ethnic/national fan base...unless he faces Margarito, Cotto or even Cintron.
