Not succumbing to another fighter's ridiculous demands? Pacquiao has always stated that all he wants to do is give the fans a good show, and his motivation has always been his countrymen. Bottom line is that refusing the random blood tests was more about not folding to demands, than it was the actual tests. I guarantee you if the testing procedures were changed by the athletic commissions and included the same style of testing Team Mayweather demanded, he would take the tests. Pacquiao always had a big ego. What did you expect? He's not all sainty and all that. He's a human being capable of corruption. You seem to be forgetting that he is surrounded by corrupt minded people(e.g Politicians,Advisers,Boxing Promoters) and he wants to get into politics. He has an entourage for God's sake. Pac walked away from the biggest fight ever cause he didn't want to prove he's not a drug cheat. Its a disgrace to the sport and a disgrace to the fans.
