So...what's your point complaining about Brian Kenney ripping on McGwire. He's ripping on McGwire for admitting to steroid use. There's no evidence linking Pacquiao to steroid use, not even circumstantial evidence. Kenney is a prominent commentator on ESPN. Even if he had suspicions, it would be irresponsible to lash out against Pacquiao like he did with McGwire based entirely on suspicions. Even if Pacquiao's behavior is suspcious, that's not evidence that he's using anything.
