everyone kept asking why doesn't he?
He is now....
But the funny thing is....clottey isn't your
typical "black" fighter (not a slick boxer)
thought it was kind of funny these arguments
haven't been brought up yet...
Its not about him fighting a black fighter. Its about him fighting a slick fighter.
Which Clottey isnt..he is not even close to being slick.
Hes a flat footed, feather fisted guy with no stamina.
Feather fisted and no stamina, are you on crack son?
It points out how ridiculously STUPID these morons are that they actually stripped down what kind of "black" fighter Pacquiao was afraid of. I can't fathom how these guys don't look back at their posts and realize embarrassment. It's amazing.
Then you should have mentioned this from the get go so people could realize the misconception instead of saying "now he is" ..... buddy....
no, my original point is everyone was crying for pac to fight a black fighter (obvious sarcasm, because RACE does not define fighters of course)
however there are STEREOTYPES....
basically i was wondering why no one made the thread "PAC FIGHTING A BLACK FIGHTER FINALLY!!!!!!!"
and then other people coming in and saying clottey isn't your
"typical" black fighter (slick boxer)
Slick or not, I wouldn't be surprised if Clottey beat the crap out of Pacquiao. He should dedicate the fight to all athletes who aren't afraid of needles and aren't afraid to show the world they are not a Drug Cheat.
This thread is ignorant. Pacquiao's already fought a black fighter.

You people are fukking retarded.
thread's intent was pure sarcasm
purely based on popular misconceptions
that are broadcasted on the World Wide Web
on a daily basis
not my thoughts buddy
its not about the skin colour of his oponent its about the style. truly great fighters take on all comers and find a way to win, styles make fights but great fighters are well rounded enough to figure out whoever stands in front of them.
pacquiao never fights anyone with speed or lateral movment. he never fights a pure boxer. just the typical straight forward, flat footed guys just trying to overpower him.. we already know what he does to these guys, clottey is another fighter tailor made for him. but bcuz hes big some ppl get all excited and think hes a threat. but it doesnt matter how strong he is, pac will give him angles, outbox him and pick him apart.
cherry picking at its best..
u wont get a pactard rebuttal to this post ever!

I dont know, no one seems to mind when broadcaster's say things like "He's a typical mexican fighter". I think some of you black guys are too sensitive. What he said wasn't bad at all
Im black and wat he said was fine...those are the arguments you see all the time. There nothing wrong with it, cuz they do exist.

i'm not saying it from my point of view
i'm stating the common arguments i would EXPECT
to here from other people...
just explained in my post above LOL
I just read your other post! :boxing:
Please explain how George Foreman and Floyd Mayweather have the same style, eh?
Stereotypes do exist, yes, and there is often some truth in them, but generalising a whole race is a wrong in this case.
