Texas is a state that is definitely cleaning up the sport by prohibiting xylocaine use. Dont mess with Texas Texas isn't cleaning anything up-they are chalk full of piss-poor decisions and judging,and do NOT require drug testing...weird that Arum would want a fight over their,eh?
