I have backed Manny throughtout the negotiations as you've probably noticed. But I find myself wondering why 14 days was not enough. Can you guys shed any light on Pac's thinking?
it's tough to do.
every state/country has their own commissions.
there are so many fighters around the world.
fighters don't always train in the country/state they are fighting at.
it'll be very expensive and tough to implement.
true, but for the big fights I think fighters will start asking for random blood tests, I know Cotto will for one (I don't think Pac is using anything but Cotto is probably suspicious now)
its all mind games with these guys ... all about who gets the last word in ... pac doesnt wanna do wat floyd says ... so pac says 24 days .. now floyd wants pac to go down to 14 days ... so if pac goes down to 14 days , floyd will be like yeah u do wat i say bitch
It's easy just like I have alway said, Pacquiao is the blame for it. Pacquiao should have went easy on Cotto. After Mayweather saw what Pacquiao did to Cotto he changed his mind fast. Pacquiao scared Mayweather away so it's all Pacquiao fault. Don't blame Floyd, if it was you you would do the same too.
Yup, it all started when Pacquiao beat Cotto.

"I don’t think he’s going to beat Cotto. If he does beat Cotto, I’ll be amazed I’ve got to see him beat Cotto I’ve got to see it with my own eyes." --Roger Mayweather.

Not really. Not if it is not implemented in some way.
I agree and not before time. Floyd with his ott demands has actually done the sport a massive favour in the long run.
I lay all the blame on Floyd Sr. Maybe he had a hidden agenda. He knew sooner or later there would be a public clamor for a Pac vs FM fight. He had to be Roach's counterpart in the ring. So he had to scare his son for an imminent loss by introducing the ped issue.
You blaming Floyd Snr is like me being accused of speeding and blaming the policeman for making the law so I dont speed , Pacroids are straight up WACK .
Its so fuken clear .
Manny wanted 30 Days , Roach said 5 Days was fine so Floyd being completely fair went in the middle , and Manny skipped out leaving 40 mill behind , are you people retarded , he has to be juicing , no other logical explanation , he dont care if he is branded a cheat , just dont test me lol .
Never before done ,, lol you Pacroids are something else , AA has this testing in all his contracts , in the not to distance future it will be mandated in pro boxing world title fights throughout the US .
Read the information available , all of it , not just what you want to read and then , YOU THINK OBJECTIVELY homie !

If Floyd wanted this fight , he never would have demanded something outrageous that was never ever before done in the history of professional boxing.
Manny left the 24 days on the table and Shaeffer and Haymon both agreed that it was fair, then took it to Floyd and he rejected it flat out without any counter offer.
Then when the mediation fell apart and the fight with Clottey was in the works, Floyd comes back a day later and offers a 14 day cutoff , just when he knows Pac's camp has moved on!
I honestly think he has fabricated all this drug testing fiasco to have something to hide behind.
Think objectively folks.

They all agreed that 14 days was fair.

In that thread 266 people voted yes its fair...32 clowns voted no.
Now that Pac has turned it down...they changed their tune from '14 days is fair' then when Pac turned it down rather then call Pac out on it like a real fan they said "well who is floyd to ask"...
Pac fans are jokes.

The "Drug Testing" Experts have spoken. 14-day cutoff is fair.

Weebler, since all the Pacquiao detractors here are "full-fledged" World-Class boxers that are fully drug test savvy and can relate to proper testing procedures, it seems that their recommendations should be heeded without question. Never mind what Manny Pacquiao believes is right for himself. The experts here know better.
40 million dollars is a lot of money... and i could only think pac thinks the following: #1. Its a who has more power situation, pac does not want to agree to floyds terms because he feels he is the draw and floyd wants too muh #2 He is really on roids... Either way i think its incredibly stupid and i think boxing needs some kind of chief in command to kick both fighters promoters in the ass and make the fighters fight, i think the excuse that pacquiao would be drained for the fight by taking a test 14 days before is pre-kindergardly stupid so i did not even consider it an option...
