The Atlas video is a smoking gun? I saw it and immediately thought the email might be pretty innocent. I do not know any other fact aside from the article and the atlas video but I present this possibility - Dear Team Floyd, We write in reference to your proposed Olympic style testing for the fight on 13 March. Considering that this testing will be based on our contract stipulations and not under the rules of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, we wish to clarify all the terms and conditions of said testing. We understand and expect that the testing will always yield negative results, which will not have any affect on the boxing event. However, the possibility of a positive, as in PED present, result must be addressed for the sake of a complete and thorough agreement by both parties on this matter. What is the penalty for a positive result? We assume that it will be a financial penalty and/or cancellation of the fight. In the case where there is only a financial penalty but the fight will push through, could we prevent the results from being made public? Considering that a public pronouncement would negatively impact the potential income of the fight. What is the procedure we follow in cases of a positive result? Release to the public asap? This "email" is outlined as article 38 in Pacquiao's lawsuit. If it was untrue, do you think it would be on the lawsuit? All Mayweather's camp would have to do is pull up the emails. Simple as that. There is no phuckin way a fight of this magnitude will be conversed over by email with such sensitive information. I made this point in a similar thread. My point was that IF they did do this, they must be MORONIC lawyers to have exposed Pac in such a way. And I doubt Pac would hire anyone but the best. Hence why I doubt the validity of the claim by Atlas.
