Love to see Mayweather in with the winner of Berto/Mosley but not gonna happen. Can't see Floyd fighting any of the names you mentioned but the Cotto vs Mayweather fight is still something I wouldn't mind watching.

I would like to see floyd fight the winner of Valero - Demarco fight. They are both lighweight and there is no risk there, no blood testing, just urine test and SAT tets.

The Man Never happen!! Floyd would have those fighters sign a waiver to not eat or drink any water for 30 days before the fight. Then he would have USADA perform piss and saliver tests to see how much water was in their bladders. On top of that, he would want them to agree to a 80/20 purse.
