Why not? I'm guessing in Roach's mind that they were going to ask for a simple blood test not realizing it's a random blood test. Again, Floyd's camp brought up that Manny was able to take a blood test less than 30 days before the Hatton fight, which was exactly 24 days, and that is what the judge ruled by since Floyd's camp brought that up. So what's the problem now. did you really just say that...if I tell you WHEN a drug test will be, you can find ways to masks or cheat the test...so random is the BEST way to catch someone IF they are cheating...but that should NOT matter at ALL in light of Roach's comments that Manny will pass the test because he is CLEAN, now should it?

Because 'random' testing included being tested up to the night of the fight, and obviously, he feels that it weakens him mentally. The story about the fight being cancelled has been out for an hour and Arum is having a field day talking to reporters and calling Mayweather a coward.
