User Xeraser has repeatedly claimed that Pacquiao is fine with any blood tests, as long as it is not on the day of the fight. To prove this, he has quoted an article partly in Filipino, which to my understanding says nothing of the sort. What he said is he has no problem Doing all the blood test except on the day of the fight. Isn't there a significant difference between "up until the day of the fight" and "not after 24 days before the fight"? So, Xeraser, explain yourself?
