Pac's camp HAD ALREADY AGREED to take any random blood & urine testing, as long as it's set and administered by the NSAC, which is the rightful governing body. So you have to ask why Floyd's camp DID NOT AGREE TO THIS ??! Because he wanted it administered by USADA.
