There are no David Diazes at 147 or 154 who hold the WBC title. Mosley is about to own it after he beats Berto. Martinez owns it at 154. So my question to Packy fans is why doesn't he fight for it anymore each time he goes after a title holder?
This could apply to Floyd as well, but at least he is done fighting for titles and just going after name opponents now. I respect that more than winning them from weak fighters and proclaiming he is better than Ali and SRR. He hasn't done that since he fought Baldi even though he still claims he's great. Packy just goes after the WBO crap strap like the one Cotto won against cough, cough Michael Jennings instead of doing it the honest way against the guy who is considered at the top of his game.
It's not about the WBC title. I never said they weren't corrupt. I'm just saying that if Foreman held the WBC title, Pac would fight him.
Foreman is a stablemate of Pac, Arum/Top rank would rather pit them together and make money off both fighters than Have Pac fighting Martinez, Its also an easier fight for Pac and a chance at winning his 6th belt at a different weight so why not???

Hatton was still the man at 140.
Oscar was big money.
Cotto was at that point the top 3 Welter and with Arum. I have Cotto beating Berto.

Now Manny is considering to fight for a title in atempts to win his 8th weight class against Foreman who is the weakest title holder in years. It figures. Go for the easy stuff.
And, when are the dates that HBO has given him? And, for the record lets say that Pac chooses to fight Mosley next Shane would get stripped from the WBC. Because, Collazo is next to get a shot at the WBC title. So then Pac would not be fighting for the WBC title. So now we back in square one that he does not fight for the WBC title anymore. Really why is the WBC title so damn important to you? I am still confused about this whole thread...
Mosley does have 3 dates to him Guaranteed by HBO. Am confuse about the thread as well, There comes a point where a fighter doesnt need to fight for a belt and people like Mayweather, Pac or Hatton have reach that point.

He'll fight a David Diaz for the WBC title, but not a guy who gave a P4P caliber fighter all he can handle. If you don't get the basis of my thread, then I'm just baffled.
Mosley has got three dates given to him by HBO and Pac could easily fight him before he runs for office. He's just shook like Floyd is.

I wouldn't say Pac is "shook" about Mosley. He fought Cotto instead, which at that time is as much of a threat as Mosley, both are considered bigger, stronger, both have KO power, generally good boxing skills, and both were considered top of WW division.
If Pac would have chosen to fight SSM instead, and beat him, would u be asking why he didn't fight Cotto?
After the Cotto fight, a clash with PBF was highly demanded and now turns into a circus, while Mosley-Berto awaits
I myself would love to see him fight Mosley, but I wouldn't go as far as claiming that Pac is ducking.
Let's see at 135 it was Diaz, not the highest rated champ;
At 140 it was Hatton, arguably the best, never beaten at that weight, coming of a Malinaggi win
At 147 it was Cotto, who did beat Shane, was a titleholder and came of a win from Clottey
So as title fights go, I don't really think you can say Pac is avoiding one of the alphabet titles or the strongest fighter either. If you go on hindsight now, then it is easier to say that there may have been more challenging fighters for Pac then, but at the time Hatton and Cotto were generally considered legit.
man calm down why dont you answer the ts question instead you know his right dont you
He already answered the TS Why didn't u answer some the questions Jrosales asked instead of asking him why he didn't asnwer the TS?
I find it hilarious how u owned the TS with your logical replies. LoL. Ur reasonings are more cogent than the TS, putting him in his place by simply asking him more relevent questions. And all he can reply with is by asking you more irrelevant questions. Niiice.

He didn't cuz he fought Oscar. You said he should of fought Bradley instead of Oscar? And, by the time Pac went to 140 Bradley was already stripped was already stripped so what are you talking about?
Really should Pac fight Sergio Martinez in his first fight at 154? You say that would be the smart sensible thing to do?
Will Shane be ready by March?
So what is this whole big deal about a bullshit ass WBC belt?

obvious answer....pacquiao fights the weakest in every division....the time he fought the best he got his ass handed to him ala Marquez, thats why Bob Arum put him p against a shot Cotto and is looking for the weakest at light welterweight, malinaggi and junior middleweight, Yuri Foreman.....Pacquiao is a hype job
So Hatton was undefeated at light welter when Pac fought em you thought Hatton was the weakest in that division? And you think Cotto was the weakest at welterweight before Pac fought him?
And Barrera, Morales and Marquez whom Pac fought repeatedly was the weakest in their divisions?
I think you know nothing about boxing, the golf forums are down left, not here.
The fact that Pacquiao is even considering a fight at 154 is a feat in itself. Without even taking into consideration how far he came up in weight already, how many fighters move up to a new division and take on the biggest threat in their first fight? If Pacquiao moved to heavyweight you'd expect him to fight Klitschko.
Some people are just downright unreasonable.

yuri foreman is the david diaz of 154
That Floyd will avoid like a plague. He can't even fight elite welterweight on his own division let alone a champ like Yuri Foreman at 154. He only fights 135-140 fighter like Ricky Hatton, JMM and Mathew Hatton at 147. What a pussy. At least if you compare them Pac takes more challenge and resistance than Floyd may ever dream.
WBC title? WBC? We Be Crooks? Jose Souliman trinket? We dissing Pac for not fighting for this bullshit title? the same fucking organization that came up with champion in recess, champion in emeritus, interim champion, the same organization that came up with the diamond belt? Fucking Jose Souliman? This is why we dissing Pac now? For not fighting for this piece of shit title? Ok...
Remember the WBC meeting in Japan when Jose accused Pacquiao publicly of not paying the right dues in the of a measly 35,000 dollars to the WBC (b4 the dela Hoya fight) and publicly announced this at the same time humiliating Pacman?
This was right about when Pac paid that damn amount and dropped the WBC crown after sending a letter of thanks and parting of ways to that Council, after the dela Hoya fight.
