Do we even know for sure the blood test was actually lost?? Maybe he just never took the test, it's seems more probable to me that this was a fabrication coming from a fighters camp than a hospital and doctor LOSING a blood test, especially in this day and age when a lot of stuff is filed electronically as well as physically, especially in a more 'high priority' case such as a boxers fight license.
