i agree, they will just use the articles and cintron and pauline's interviews to solidify their case that mayweathers' malicious allegation is seriously damaging pac's legacy and even if the court will ask for blood, so what?...manny is willing to give blood on his fight against floyd, he will be more than happy to give blood when he is just sitting in court. no sweat there it is never a question of pacquiao not wanting to give blood. this is just a spin created by ellerbe and GBP so the general public will turn against manny. but it all backfired on them bigtime!

Another funny thing is, some the posters here are saying that the Burden of Proof will be on Pac w/c is in real life court case will on the Mayweathers coz they are the one's who are accusing or suspecting Pac. For sure the court will ask both the defendant and the prosecution to present evidences. Now, the question is what evidence does GBP and/or Mayweathers has? None! Zero! they will only present all their statement based on speculations w/c will be junked buy the judge for lack of merit and substance. Pacs team will present his previous drug testing from NSAC as evidence. Concrete and full proof. Pac is willing to undergo blood testing if the court requires it. And if it turns out negative (w/c is for sure) then goodbye to GBP & Mayweathers.... :boxing: I think the lesson here is, never underestimate your opponent inside the ring AND OUTSIDE the ring. Im no lawyer or anything.. but in a logical stand point.. (in bold) i think that when the court will ask for a blood sample to test will result to Neg for (PED/EPO), ofchorse who in there right minds will juice up if they think they will be tested.. but nonethelss im sure PAC never used... but askinig for it is useless and a waste of taxpayers money.. previous tests are evidence enuf.. unless the tests they'll be asking would so complex that it will detect the substance that left your body long ago.. Pacman team will not sue all the writers. They will be used as evidence. If you want to kill a tree, you don't just cut the branches, you have to cut completely the roots :D

i've always thought that manny has a case. the least they can get from this lawsuit is gbp's cut from manny's fights. from what i understand, gbp gets a cut from manny's fight cause of that stupid thing manny did when he signed a gbp contract. arum can say gbp did not act on manny's best interest when they released those damaging statements. They would have saved them before they thought about the lawsuit. Clearly these are just wild accusations with no substance or proof hence why they are retreating. Their Lawyer found out that they're F*cked!!! Now they're scrambling to save their Bling Blings!!!!!!!

quotes were already in the book served to the court. there are video evidence out there and also blogs and articles deleted are not permanently deleted. they can be retrieved as per court's request. either way they are ****ed, and they just made themselves look worse by trying to hide the evidence.

But it's already too late, Team Pac probably collected those articles and videos as evidences before going to the public that they are going to sue GBP & Mayweathers.
