I can kind of follow in terms of him actually having to cut to make the weight when he fought Morales, but he doesn't really have to cut to make 147 so that throws that argument out the window. Also, the first thing that came out was that he was afraid of needles, then it was he was superstitious. Also, they agreed to have testing by other agencies but not the one who have confirmed results testing for HGH. Lets not forget that Mosley passed the testing even though he was doping.

Wow, I never saw that video. Pacman's honest. I don't think he'd make that shit up. That could be a very big part of the whole blood issue right there. He feels he's lost already once because of it.
