First off, being weakened against Hatton and Floyd are completely different. Pac could be about 75% and still beat Hatton. Second, 5min is not long enough to determine how he was physically or mentally. r u serious those 5 minutes weren't enough to determine how he was physically or mentally ? most people can agree he was ok with the destruction of hatton and all..also he did not mention in his post fight interview or in the post fight presser that he was mentally or physically weakened before the fight or that he felt weak during the fight ....

on arums final proposal it was mentioned that they dont care if blood gets drawn ON FIGHT NIGHT as long as NSAC administers it. TRs problem is with the USADA. Pac has probably had more tests than anyone and deserves extra brownie points for it. Its alright for PBF who retires so dont get tested. He is the one in doubt. Pac passing so many tests means he dont deserve to be continually scrutinised. The wrong person to be worried about. If Pac beating people so easily worries him, dont fight Pac then, if that is the only reason you want him to take tests. Fight someone like SSM and get him to take tests considering hes failed. According to Kizer there was no test yet to catch what Mosley had before, even Marion and most of the known athletes never been caught with BALCO thing using the Olympic style testing. They should not have a blood testing associated with GBP's, they should have a Blood test from a Blood testing group that isnt associated with either party.

simple answer. hes never failed. theres no reason for him to submit to USADA testing. NSAC got this. Thats not the answer. Pac said he has no problem with any drug testing - it's the fact he doesn't want any blood drawn within 30 days of the fight, because it weakens him. Well he is on video having blood drawn 14 days before the fight, and he wasn't complaining.
