DBE is good at developing young talent in that they still have local off TV shows to have their young fighters occupy. Thats how Paulie got to where he is. I got a different option for you. I would go with Prize Fight Promotions. They have built the careers of both Peterson Brothers, Shawn Porter, Fernando Guerrero, Rayonta Whitfield, Ivan Hernandez and others. They have promoted many high profile fights such as Tyson/Lewis, Tyson/Etienne, RJJ/Johnson, Lewis/Klit, Johnson/Tarver, Taylor/Wright and Taylor/Spinks. It seems from looking at their stable that they know how to take a fighter from 0-0 and build him quickly. I would probably go with Shaw because he gets a bunch of Showtime dates so I could get a bunch of extra exposure on Shobox and his undercards for Championship boxing, plus he also gets some HBO dates. Dibella and Goosen Tutor are also pretty good companies. Yea that is why I would pick Shaw as well...
