Why is the burden of proof on Manny? He's taken the NSAC tests already. Why do the rules change just because some clown thinks he's on the juice? This is a witch hunt like that of the Salem Witch Trials. Innocent people were hung based on lies. Same thing is happening to Pac by the media. In a real court the burden of proof would be on his accusers. But in the court of public opinion, the burden of proof IS on Manny, unfortunately. It was put there by Floyd, Sr. Even if Sr. is eventually found liable, the damage is done. Sad, really. Piss poor sportsmanship on Sr.'s part is the root cause.

Everywhere he goes, when people see him, the first thing on peoples mind is, "There is the steroid user who won't take the drug test". It just doesn't make sense at all. I wish God would give him the strength to give a tiny drop of his blood. If he agrees to take the tests against Floyd and passes, people will say that he still cheated against his previous opponents because he didn't get blood tested before he fought any of them. The damage may have already been done. Lawsuit time. Pac's only recourse is to beat Floyd's ass in the ring, take a big chunk of change out of the Mayweather/Goldenboy coffers in the lawsuit and be vindicated in court.

pac is taking a big hit because he refuses random drug testing the media is not talking about mayweather's demand for random drug testing they are all talking about pac is hiding something because he is turning down 40 mil over random drug testing... my wife is filipina and we have the filipino chanels on direct tv their are the only media outlet that is backing him and that does not matter the usa has the most powerful media in the world and most have made up their mind pac is hiding something .. taking this to court is just going to make it worst for him ...
