Floyd Mayweather pretty much did everything to make this fight happen. He even changed his position on using the USDA yesterday and was open to negotiating a cut off date for blood testing... Arum and Pacs final offer was PURE BULLSHIT... A 30 day window and non-random testing? Are u fkn serious? Arum first said a 3 day window and now 30? Man **** BOB ARUM!... You Pacquiao fans saying Floyd is ducking the fight should be ashamed of their selves and are in denial... Imagine is Floyd opted to fight Malignaggi... Bob Arum is a lying piece of shit

Pacquiao said he wants to please boxing fans.... LOL by fighting Malignaggi? I'm a Malignaggi fan but Malignaggi is nowhere near Pacquiao's status. Floyd did a lot to save this fight (he even agreed to the ridiculous $10 million penalty for an extra pound).... RANDOM blood tests are necessary and anyone in their right minds would know by now that Pacquiao has to be on something if he does not want RANDOM testing. You have to be an idiot to fail a scheduled test. Not having RANDOM tests, defeats the purpose of the blood test...
