That's why he's scared to fight Manny and why he makes all these outrageous demands to make the fight happen. He hasn't fought anyone who poses so much of a threat to beat him in 9 years, and Manny keeps taking on bigger challenges every fight and walking through all of them. Mayweather fights to keep his 0 and thinks that makes him the best fighter if he has that, but Manny is the real best fighter because he takes on anyone no matter the risk and beats them. I'm not saying Floyd hasnt fought anyone and I give him credit for beating fighters that he did, but none of those guys posed this big of a threat to him as Manny will. Mayweather is going to pull any kind of bullshit he can to get out of this fight.
I have been following boxing seriously since the 70's and Mayweather is probably the most protected fighter in that time(aside from 2 time champ Joey Gamache)
But in his defence I would not say he hasn't fought any "dangeous" opponents. I see it more being careful or as some may say making wise career moves.
But there is some danger everytime you get in the ring.
Castillo, Ndou, Judah, De La Hoya.... all very dangerous opponents...
LMAO
GTFO! stop slurping on Floyds dyck
I guess Baldomir, Sosa, Mitchell, and Hatton are legends too huh?
Kill urself *******t
I didnt say Ndou was great but dangerous... yes... fighting a top 10 ranked opponent in your division with like a 90% KO ratio would be considered dangerous IMO
I dare these people to analyze Pacquiao's previous 4 opponents (where he is currently receiving a majority of recognition) and show me where they had a high ko ratio in their last 6 fights. Not one of Pacquiao's recent opponents had one (within the last 6 fights)....in fact,Mosely is more dangerous at this stage than anyone on Manny's list.
Before people bring up Cotto, just look at his skills after the Margarito fight.....
now he growing 2 pairs of balls with fighting mosley...lol
I'm not convinced Mosley is that much better than the other fighters Floyd has beaten. Floyd is a bigger betting favorite against Mosley than he was against Hatton or De La Hoya. He will probably beat Mosley convincingly and then people will say Mosley was overrated/old/shot like all of the other boxers Mayweather has fought.
True that.
Even if you said the same thing "That Floyd has not fought any dangerous opponants since Corrales" and meant it as a compliment to Floyd meaning you think he is that great that those fighters posed no challenge I would have still called you and idiot because its just false.
You are so tough behind your keyboard putting down world champion fighters.
Why cause he right?? you sir are a closet flomo...
Because I believe world champion boxers are threats and dont degrade fighters that makes me a flomo?
How about you call me that when you catch me posting something thats not true.
Not even Ndou, Hatton, Corley or DLH, Judah?
Mayweather had no trouble, he just cruised through, he didn't have to make any adjusments to beat them?
Which one of those fights did you go into thinking Floyd might lose?Ndou was a tough guy who took a beating, Hatton was a decent fighter but in terms of skill nowhere near Floyd, Corley is a good gatekeeper, DLH was past prime, and Judah is a front runner. Im not saying they aren't good wins Im saying that those fighters were not legitimate threats to take his 0. We know Floyd is all about risk vs reward he's not here to truly test himself. He'd tell you the same thing.
Even though Oscar was seriously on the down slope, I felt like Floyd had really stepped up when he took him on.
Im not a fan, but I give props when theyre deserved.
Hatton was very dangerous at the time. A P4P guy who had beaten Tszyu and caved Castillo's ribs in. Undefeated. Moving up one weight class, but a lot of fighters move up one weight class for big fights and rarely is it mentioned in the annals of history.
Tidbits about Chavez and Ndou:
Chavez was a two weight world champion, but his career stalled in his prime after the death of Levander Johnson in the ring. Had this tragic event not occurred, he would have done even better things and be considered a real notch on Floyd's resume. He was a very, very good fighter.
Ndou lost a close split decision to future WW IBF champ Isaac Hlatshwayo right after the fight with Floyd, certainly nothing for a lightweight to be ashamed of. His career was then cut short by a brain injury and he has only recently made a comeback. He looked to be a very good fighter and I believe he would have been a lightweight champ if his health did not fail him.
Judah just got beat by Baldomir, Hatton moved up and was made to order for Floyd, Oscar not in his prime and Floyd was favored to win, Chavez old and past his prime. I'm not saying he has faced nobodies but as far real dangerous opponents who have an equal of more chance of winning it hasnt been since Coarrales. He is scared to fight manny because he is not used to being an underdog.
Have some red k for being a ****ing idiot.

****ing retard.
Castillio was a hard match up for Floyd but I think people say that now more because he possibly beat Floyd in their first fight. Even if you want to say Castillio after that ok, but that fight was still in 2002 which 7 years ago. My point being that he has not faced a fighter as big of a threat in all ways as Manny in 7-8 years and so he is scared about losing his 0 more than ever.

I been saying the same thing for a while. Mayweather has done nothing impressive for at least 7 years. Even good ol' Castillo had four losses BY KO on his record.
BTW, nice avatar. Eraserhead rules.
