I am still willing to Fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I never said the fight was off or I do not want to fight him. I will fight anyone at anytime and my record and past fights prove that. I have never and will never dodge anyone. These are my specifications for this fight regarding blood testing. I have offered to give a blood sample the day of the Announcement of the fight at the Press Release. I have Offered to give a blood sample 30 days before the fight. I am willing to give blood immediately after the fight is over inside my dressing room . I am also willing to give urine tests at anytime any where everyday leading up to the fight. The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight. That does not make sense to me why anyone would do that. These accusations of me using any performance enhancing supplements are totally unwarranted and unjustified. To all of my fans I want to say thank you very much for all your support and understanding. I always give honor to God first and I would never cheat. I would never Cheat God, I would never cheat myself, and I would never cheat my country and my fans. If Floyd Mayweather Jr. does not accept these terms than my promoter will find me another fight for March the 13th. Again I will fight anyone at anytime. I would always like to be known for my honor and my integrity. I will always be known for my courage and my willingness to face any man at anytime in my career. If Floyd Mayweather Jr. truly ever wanted to fight me and he is not really scared he would accept these terms I am willing to give him as they are above and beyond what the commission demands. I should not have to prove myself as I have always done what the commission has asked me to do and I have never ever swayed from that. Never has there been a time where anything I have ever done has been in question. I stand behind my honor and my integrity. I stand below God and my Country. I stand with my fans and I hope Floyd is not really really a coward and will fight me and give the fans what they want to see. I am not afraid to fight Floyd anywhere anytime. From Doghouse

You take PED to train longer and harder, do you think the effects of being able to train harder then a normal person just go away. PED are not a magic wand they require a ton of extra work to truly gain the benefits, those benefits will remain if the body is properly maintained. I thought this was common knowledge. Well that's the first reasonable reply I've read here for the Mayweather side.

Pac - and his team - are pros. They know the tests and exactly how to beat it. Please note how they are so focused on the short window prior to the fight. What happened to being scared of needles? I guess he's only scared of them right before the fight. Now he's worried that a couple drops of blood will weaken him if it's drawn a couple days before the fight. How gullible does he think we...let me speak for myself, how gullible does he think this fan is? They know how to beat the tests and are making sure that no random testing will interfere. I knew Floyd would back away from his demands but this is a big loss for the sport. I guarantee no other fighter will raise this issue. A pity. It really is sad but unless the NSAC themselves listen to what their former head (Dr Goodman) says and bring in a stricter test and at random then fighters would try and avoid it just because its not required by the commission. Especially a sport like boxing needs it more than anything and i think Manny is doing the sport a disservice when he could be setting a great example, I hope one day we can move the sport forward and get rid of the cheaters and the ones who have something to hide. If they could get away with fighting at a catchweight of 145 for a 147 belt, And get away with wanting a 30 day leaway of not wanting to get tested then his legacy is tarnished.

Sometimes you have to do things you dont wanna do in life. You really want to get Floyd back? Take the test, prove youre clean, and knock him out March 13th. Otherwise STFU.

Jesus Christ...... He wants a 30 Day period when hes not allowed to be tested... Which means he can be "on".... Then get off before the fight........ofcourse he'll test clean right after. Uhhhmmmm he is cool with random urine testing at any time. If you are juicing theres no way to avoid being caught if the unine tests are random. The blood test is just to make everyone feel better, pro boxing doesnt even do them. Floyd just doesnt want to fight, his daddy told him not to.

The Pacquiao has agreed to the tests but not the day/few days before the fight that the Pac fans have been saying for the last few days has been BS. Pacquiao is a liar, he lied to his fans when he said he would take the tests but not on the day of the fight and made you look like fools for believing him. Pacquiao isn't willing to do the tests even if it's damaging his career and the most likely explanation is he's got something to hide.

Why would post fight testing be pointless? If MP did test positive, he'd be DQ'd (assuming he even won), fined very heavily (along with leaving himself vulnerable to a civil suit by Mayweather), and he'd lose his boxing license everywhere in the US. That would be pointless? Mayweather has seen all of Pacquaio's fights. Either he thinks he can beat him or not. All this Olympic testing bullshit is just a smokescreen. Claiming you would pass every test in the world, but refusing to take one is the smokescreen. I know you have read how the Olympic Style PED test work and understand the loopholes Pacquiao's team is using. Either you're just being stupid or bias as I suspect. So don't come up with this BS "Either Mayweather thinks he can beat him or not" because it's not that simple.

there's unlimited piss tests and a blood test after the fight... that exceeds all standards If he's taking a piss test, they might as well just do this: Tester: "Hey Manny, you juicing?" Manny: "No, sir." Tester: "Alright, just checking." Because both are equally effective at detecting HGH and other designer PEDs.

From Doghouse Bottom line is no athlete should dictate terms on testing and boxing needs a universal commission to mandate Olympic style testing on a true random basis. There would have to be a lot of details worked out on this but I am sure it could be done and done fairly. This is not a commentary on whether or not Manny is guilty of anything but rather a commentary on the state of boxing. My brother in law(not a boxing fan) works in Vegas and does follow a lot of other sports. His comment to me on this fight was anytime an athlete wants to dictate testing or refuses testing it throws a shadow of doubt over the athlete and the entire sport. I like Pac but really couldn't think of an argument that held water.
