I blame Mayweather. Why not let the commissions handle the testing its their job.

Team Pacquiao no doubt about it. If you have nothing to hide, why not agree to the tests. Mayweather is well within his rights to ask for something like this since the Pacquiao fight is likely to be one of the closest he gets to losing that zero. Why run the risk of tarnishing his legacy by potentially losing to a potentially juiced up fighter wen you can try and make sure that's not the case. All Maywather does is talk about how great he is and how he will beat anyone any time yet he is backing down from this fight. Why all of a sudden does he want this random testing.
