If Pac has such a problem with Floyd then just submit to random drug testing & go beat him up. Instead of doing that though he would rather go through Lawyers & a court. 1st it was this 10 million dollar penalty for Floyd which Floyd agreed to then it was fear of needles. Now its go through the justice system. This is some BS
This type of BS is exactly why boxing is far from its glory days.
The issue is, Pac has endorsements, a political career, and many potential fights that will be hurt from these accusations. He could lose tens of millions of dollars just because of allegations, true or not. He is going to punish Mayweather by taking away the ability to make millions of dollars in the fight, costing his promoters millions of dollars in civil court, and working out a deal to fight another fight on the 13th anyways without Mayweather.
I don't think he is avoiding Mayweather at all but rather making them regret there actions.
You gotta be kidding right?! You make so many excuses for Manny its sickening. He is a fighter right now all that other stuff can wait this is the biggest fight of his life! As a fighter and NOT A LAWYER you make Floyd regret everything by beating his tail IN THE RING not the court room. This is BOXING man...quit making all these excuses for Manny.

They should fight in the ring thats where Floyds team and fans want the fight to be why are the Pac fanboys so eager to not fight Floyd in the ring , because their idol is so keen to run to a courtroom than fight Floyd in the ring so the fanboys follow like sheep when the world media know Pac is wrong ,,,, I,ll give you a tip Manny loses in court as well they are in crisis mode shooting off like a wounded duck . .
:dead1: why would fanboys not want Pacquiao and FMJ face off in the ring? fanboys are confident of their fighter, hence they are accused of nuthuggery.
As for your tip, i wouldn't be too keen on taking that, too many internet lawyers crawling out of the woodwork in boxingscene.
The fight will be signed in the New Year. I think they will negotiate the testing issue out soon as it seems pretty simple to settle. Manny gets random tests throughout training, but not the day of the fight.
I'm thinking this has all just been a massive publicity stunt. Pac will take the tests, pass them and all this doubt about him will fade away. Then once the fight finishes, he may take Floyd SNR to court but IMO theres not much chance of him getting much out of it.
Why are Flomos so hurt by the threat of lawsuits?
Don't you realize that as much as it could hurt the Mayweathers, it could also vindicate them and have it all blow on Manny's face?
It's common sense that settling this through the courts would be better than mudslinging through the press, it actually would have legal consequences.
Use your heads for once and quit the nuthugging.
nope, Manny should not have to be subjected to unfair or unusual demands based off of zero evidence. He's as innocent as innocent can be, he shouldn't have to do crap. He's worked his way to the top and does not deserve this type of disrespect.
Money would rather assassinate Pac's character with false allegations than fight him in the ring. Remember, it was Team May that started this whole fiasco.
Pac's fault. If he hadn't kicked everyone's ass, Sr would never have thought he was on steroids.

What Judge would rule in favor of Manny? Floyd is questioning why Pacman won't take the same type of drug test he is willing to take. PERIOD Manny is just going to make himself look stupider.
ALL your points.. that Manny wins in Court...
Pacquiao would have a hard time convicting paulie on defamation of character, and paulie was 1oo times more direct in his criticism of pac than floyds 2 second ra da rugged clip.
This is not Germany. You cant lock someone in jail simply for questionong or speculating.
The lawsuit is nothing to do with taking tests, and it's nothing to do with what Mayweather wants or is asking. It's to do with deformation of character.
Its to do with anything except making the biggest fight in boxing happen over a refusal to submit to a possible random drug test the day before the fight.
Pacquiaos is scared and confused. He doesnt know what he wants to do.
this is manny's way of palying mind games with the mayweathers.
maayweathers asked for olympic style testing,
manny sues them for defamation of character,
mayweather gets in manny's head,
manny gets in mayweather''s head,
olympic style testers come to get manny randomly for testing during training camp,
sheriff come to get mayweather during training camp for court appearance..LOL
Both of them need to STFU
agreed
What Judge would rule in favor of Manny?
someone who's not american.
get a filipino judge!
Blah blah blah blah blah blah. Pac would rather make millions less & fight Paulie & go to court than just submit to random drug testing & make the biggest fight in boxing history. Its pathetic.

Dude, going to court with a high chance of winning gets you the millions too without actually breaking a sweat in training. So it is going to be a double whammy for the Mayweathers, lose credibility and money in court. And then lose the fight. Not over the top. Mind games against mind games. But I agree, they both have to STFU and make the fight happen.

"Pacman woul rather take Floyd to court than fight him"
I believe he wants to fight him inside and outside the ring. Manny said he does not want to close negotiations. Steal his wallet, then beat the shit out of him. :lol1:

On the other hand, Floyd is banking too much on accusation to avoid Pac. If he claims Pac will be easy work, he shouldn't worry about anything. Floyd's the one running away. Or talking away, accusing away, whatever you want to call it.
That Mayweather is so sneaky, agreeing to 8 oz gloves, 148, 50/50 Money, The March date, Drug test, and a $10 million penalty per pound over.... sounds like clear running to me. lol.

Both of them need to STFU & make the fight happen. But suing Mayweather in a court when you have the chance to make millions & beat him up at the same time is a bit over the top.
