Who benefits more in the Olympic Drug Testing in the May-Pac fight

So if and when the Olympic Drug Testing is incorporated together with the NSAC drug testing in the May-Pac fight if it still happens, who do you think would be benefiting from this more, Pacquiao or Mayweather. Because I honestly think Mayweather would have a mental edge because he surely had been under this test several times already since he was an Olympian himself and IMO would have psychological advantage over Pacquiao since this will be his first time going through this test. Anybody believing the mayweather's doing this for the sake of the sport is an idiot. We all know that the mayweathers ask for these stipulations because floyd's going to benefit from it and has been doing this for his last few fights already. For the record I do want these kinds of strict testings be implemented, although I want to see a fight where the fighters are at their 100% physically and mentally to avoid excuses.
