You do not know the definition of malice aforethought. Not only do they have to be false, but they have to prove that they were false and that the people saying them knew they were false, and that they knew by saying those comments they would have a negative financial effect on the public figure and that the public figure suffered that financial effect. It is impossible to prove. Again, how do you know Pac isnt on roids. He has passed tests that would not pick up many types of steroids and he has many symptoms that steroid users tend to have. If Manny can prove that his reputation has been tarnished by the Mayweathers' baseless allegations then he definitely has a case. I think the case would settle quick if a fight is made. Obviosly no papers served yet and they can even do a stipulation of discontinuance with prejudice if they dont want to go ahead. But my instinct is the lawsuit will go ahead. I think PBF is in much worse economic shape than Pac and to spend possibly hundreds of thousands in litigation or even a few million and no fight is a lose lose for him. I would like to be a fly on the wall if Floyd Mayweather SR gets deposed, LOL.
