Is Pacquiao the only fighter in history to be subjected to Olympic style testing?

he has "1" prior, in 40 fights!!!! get real. and nobody saw the contract for that fight either. yes, it was an agreed 144 lb. catchweight, but from what GBP says, it was always a "WW" fight, meaning there could've been a stipulation in the contract already stating that mayweather pays if he didn't make 144. i like it how ppl assume the guy just nonchalantly "broke" rules, when they have no idea of what the specifics are...... he did break the rules, why do you think he came out of pocket for 600k!?!?! because he felt bad for not meeting the "CONTRACTED WEIGHT"??? you get real dude, you got blinders on. and 144 is still welterweight, the division is anywhere between 140-147, and the contract was at 144, floyd came in at 146, which was not the contract weight. manny pacquiao's team didn't want the same thing to happen in this fight, with floyd not even trying to come in at the contracted weight, again, and just coming out of pocket again. which was breaking the rules of the contract, which wasn't respected by floyd, which makes him a cheater who just pays his way out of it, and it's ok by his fans, when it's up front cheating, if you really want the truth about it. and like someone else said in the beginning of this thread, it would end up being something like 18 tests at least within 2 months, that is excessive and borderline harassment. i say with all those tests and blood being taken there is too much that can go wrong, be it tainted blood i.e. sabotage, blood could go missing, false positives, etc. which would also only muck things up more than it is already. pacquiao has agreed to the test, just not the ridiculous amount of tests, more than 3 blood test is harassment, you're not going to find anything between those blood tests, urine tests, and the fact that pacquiao is going to be watched like a hawk over this, which is going to be a distraction and disrupt his training, floyd original mission.............

Who cares if it's the first time that this has been done? How can stricter drug testing be a bad thing? The objection to this testing seems a little absurd.

Thats interesting. Cotto had to fight at 147 to get his belt, but Manny didn't. you don't have to fight at 147 to be a welterweight fight. any fight fought between 141 and 147 is a welterweight fight.

What the fukks all this crap about. It's unprecedented. No fighter in the history of boxing has ever been put through such a strict test as Olympic-style drug testing. What it's all about is that Sr. assumes that what Pacquiao is doing right now is not possible, so he fabricated this bullshit to tarnish Manny's Image, and tried to paint him dirty. Hence why they are asking for the drug test... It's there way of saying he's on roids. Which Pacquiao has past every test that he has every been subjected to per the rules stated by the boxing commision and has never had problems. Nor was there every any suspicion until Sr. open his mouth about this shit. Now it's one big fuk circus because of a stupid ass test. Welcome to hollywood pac man. The more successful you are and the more famous you get the more open to criticism you'll be. Mayweather went through it and still goes through it and now manny is. Just take the test and make the fight. If all these guys on here are right he doesn't want to fight and he'll just find another way to get out of the fight anyway right? Manny said floyd is scared well make the fight that will scare him. The best reason they can come up with not complying with the tests is that its a nuisance...yeah but its a 40 million dollar nuisance that the other guy will also receive. I think pac should agree to blood tests up to 1 week before the fight itself, that will take out his fear of being weakened. These fears and ideas can be hard to shake, especially for some athletes who like to follow strict routines, this is not just for pac but im sure a lot of em feel a bit like this, about a week before the fight seems fair to me and a test right after the fight and im sure everyone can feel confident of no foul play, not that i think pac is on anything, id say he isnt

yeah. 6 , 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 , 16 and 18 oz. are the sizes for cleto reyes. 6 oz were the old school gloves.
