my take? pac probably isn't taking, he's 100% agreeable on blood tests right after the fight, he just doesn't want to risk being weakened by a blood test before the fight. all of mayweather sr's talk is mind games. gotta admire the man and his son: they know their mind games. i think pac should just take them tests though. i seriously doubt a fighter of pac's caliber would be weakened by a blood test, enough to cause him to lose a fight, especially if floyd's willing to take them too. i think he's partly reluctant to take them because of hurt pride, doesn't want floyd and his camp to score an early victory. but i think pac should just let floyd win this battle, but prepare to win the war. i agree with your whole post except the bold, Pac is taking a blood test right before the Hatton fight in THIS VIDEO ... i doubt mayweather wants MORE blood in quantity drawn before the fight ....... i just hope they come to an agreement ... i want to see pac KO Mayweather

yup he looked calm in that video it seems like the excuses that Pacquiao has needle phobia or is superstitious are BS. I have a gut feeling that Bob Arum made that up. I hope Manny mans up and takes in charge of the situation. btw has Pacquiao made any statement about the issue at all? cuz it seems like its always Arum or Roach whos releasing statements. Why not analyze blood from previous tests? This test was done only last April, so surely Mayweather must believe Pacquiao has been roiding since at least before then, because Pacquiao KO'd Hatton in devastating fashion and tore Oscar and Diaz up. I'm pretty sure the blood isn't disposed of. Surely they could test the blood right now? As a scientist, I know that blood can only be tested upon for a certain number of days, a few weeks max, before the blood has degraded so much that testing it wouldn't be accurate. Blood samples are also disposed of after a month (max) too. You've got to test fresh blood specimens therefore.

First of all, team pac is okay to get blood drawn as long as they can promise it wouldn't happen within a week before the fight. Secondly, it's not pac saying he's not agreeing to it. It's Roach, he said he knows his fighter so well that when blood is drawn from him it takes 3-4 days before he goes back to 100%. Obviously the video we saw is not within a week before the fight with Hatton and in fact Roach also mentioned it in his interview.

If they test Mayweather and Pacquiao at the same times like both at 12am, both at 8pm, etc, etc. I don't see what the big deal is. Not sure if they do it that way though. I could see it being an advantage if they only tested Pac right before the fight and not Money May. Either than that, Pac seems legit in the video and has tatts. Im starting to think the kid has been eating more than rice as Roach says.

no problem here man ... i want to see this fight ...i'm rooting for pac as a matter of fact ... but everyone on here is saying how Pac is scared silly of needles , he looks calm and even looks down as they have the needle in him just thought i should post it it's people trying to attack/defend him and saying all these things. some true some not. pacquiao is not scared of needles. he has to do blood tests every year to be sanctioned to fight i think. they have to make sure fighters are healthy and don't have hiv and stuff. i don't know why pac doesn't want blood tests right before the fight. some say superstition , some say bad experience when he last did it and he lost. don't know. all i know is pac agreed to the drug testing and they're just arguing about amount/details/protocols they'll work it out.
