Well at this point, it's gotta account for something. I've been asking the same question over and over again, "how the hell did he get knocked down by a punch with so little contact?". The part of the punch that landed looked like the thumb area. I don't want to make excuses for Roy, but something about that whole situation just isn't right.

I used to go to that site all the time - before they charged for most everything. I don't know- I think this was as tough of a loss for Roy as it was for the rest of us. It was a punch to a bad spot., I think that the rest of the interview was better - Roy said that he was recovered by the time they stopped it and he knew green was gassing himself. Really most of the punches were not landing...but he should have tied him up or thew some back. You just hate to see anything like a Roy Jones get a stoppage like that. It is like B-Hop said - you have to give some leeway to a legend like RRJ. It is over now though - in the books. Roy also said in the interview there was a rematch clause that he was planing to exercise. He didn't feel it was lagit...
