Stevenson was good against teenagers in 4 rounders but there's no proof he would have been successful as a pro. Thanks, But he would develop the stamina as a pro. My thought is more with his boxing style and skill. arm's length and punching power.

It's impossible to tell since Stevenson never turned pro. Although the difference between the am's and pro's wasn't as significant back then the number of rounds and the liberal interpretation of the rules in the professional prize ring. So who knows how Stevenson would have developed as a pro? We do know that he was the best AM heavyweight though. We also know that Ali was the best pro.
