Yes he could beat Wladimir Klitschko who has a weak chin. He has heart and determination but he got hurt by Sam Peter, who's a less effective puncher than Tua. Tua has about the same power(maybe a lil bit more) but lands more and is a much greater finisher.
I'd still pick Wlad over him though.
Firstly the idea that Klitschkos can't be defeated is extremely wrong. As we saw in the Peter-Wlad or Johnson-Vitali matches, they are not a machine. Against effective and aggressive punchers they can be beaten.
Tua is still one of the most powerful and brave boxers in the world. He has a real chance to beat them, i think... ;)

Unlinkely but I wouldn't rule it out.
I can see a dedicated and driven Tua giving Wlad a bad night if he tidies up his upper and lower body movements. I think he has the power to panic him, too.
Tua has trouble against mover/boxers... case in point, Lennox.
And Tua was younger and more agile back then..This version, despite being badass, is slower and older than the one that had trouble against Lennox.
My guess would be no, he can't beat them
true but he would have to tire them down then KO them in summit like 8 or 9th Round...course he would have to dance with them as well like he did with that 7ft neanderthal valuev
